Storyteller Pati Kachel
of The Parable Fund
Our 2024 Financial Guidelines
The Parable Fund is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) ministry. Our mission is to educate, encourage, enrich and entertain listening audiences through excellent faith-based storytelling programs which are beautifully told by Pati Kachel.
We depend entirely upon the Lord’s provision through the generosity of individual donors and the churches and organizations that request our programs to help us fulfill our mission.
Our board of directors have established these financial guidelines to help meet our operating costs:
Option 1: We believe it is best to allow our audiences a chance to respond to God’s leading and show their appreciation for our ministry, by inviting them to give a free-will offering for The Parable Fund AFTER the storytelling program is completed. If you would like to invite the audience to participate in this way, we will trust the result to the Lord and accept only their offering. We can provide you with offering envelopes. All contributions to The Parable Fund are tax-deductible to the full extent provided by law and will be promptly acknowledged with a receipt by mail.
Option 2: If you prefer not to collect an offering for us from the congregation or audience, then we would really appreciate anything you can give to help us pay for the expenses associated with our program which are in the range of $200 - $500 per presentation. CONTACT US for more details.
Option 3: Your church or organization may choose to provide an honorarium from your budget AND ALSO receive an offering from the audience to help fund our ongoing story productions.
Whichever funding choice your church or organization decides on, we request payment on the date of the event. Please plan accordingly.
Please make all checks payable to: THE PARABLE FUND, NOT to Pati.
Thank you!
